I can still remember seeing Mike Ditka lose his mind screaming at a much younger quarterback Jim Harbaugh on the Chicago Bears sidelines in a 1992 game against the Minnesota Vikings. Harbaugh had just audibled on third down in the Metrodome. The crowd noise was so loud that most of the offense never heard him. [...]

During a media conference call, Denver Broncos’ wide receiver Brandon Lloyd was asked if he had a message for his former teams San Francisco, Washington and Chicago now that he’s been elected to the Pro-Bowl. According to the Denver Post, Lloyd had this to say:

On Sunday the San Francisco 49ers (5-9) travel to St. Louis (6-8) to play a tough-at-home Rams team still smarting from a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. If San Francisco loses, it will be eliminated from the playoffs with 10 [...]

Derek Anderson and the Arizona Cardinals were embarrassed on Monday Night Football last night by the San Francisco 49ers 27-6.
The real fireworks however were ingnited in the post game press conference when a reporter asked over and over why Anderson was caught on camera laughing in the 4th quarter with teammate Deuce Lutui.
Anderson snapped, got [...]
