Here is a look at one of Tom Brady’s new advertisements for UGG, the Australian company that makes sheepskin boots.

This is not exactly what you’d call a stretch. For the second time in only 4 seasons, Tom Brady has been named the NFL’s Offensive Player of the Year. Brady received 21 out of 50 votes to clinch the award.
During the 2010 season, he passed for 3900 yards and 36 touchdowns, an excellent season for [...]

As fans, we’re always hoping our teams will gamble just at the right time. We’re constantly rooting for coaches to ‘go for it’ on 4th and short almost any time our favorite offense creeps over the other teams’ 50 yard line. It’s in our nature…we’re fans, as excited about the potential for championship glory as [...]

It’s the last game of the season, and Sports Illustrated has released its power rankings as the NFL heads into the playoffs. Predictably, the New England Patriots (13-2) are #1 while the Carolina Panthers (2-13) are #32. Feel free to argue with the placement of the 30 teams in between.

At the top of each list are the accepted league MVP candidates Tom Brady and Michael Vick at quarterback. I’ve no problem with that. However, like every year, there are several players that have made this list [...]

The race for the playoffs in the AFC cleared considerably on Sunday as several teams clinched spots. The New York Jets – who lost to the Chicago Bears 38-34, foot fetishes and all – fell in backwards by virtue of a loss by the Jacksonville Jaguars to the Washington Redskins 20-17. The Baltimore Ravens wrapped [...]

It might not be an “official” stat, but it should be. Check out this video of 315 lb Dan Connolly of the New England Patriots rumbling for 71 yards on a kickoff return Sunday evening against the Green Bay Packers. It’s the longest return in NFL history by a player weighing over 300 lbs. [...]
