Monday, the Bears released former Pro-Bowl d-tackle Tommie Harris, linebacker Hunter Hillenmeyer and O-lineman Kevin Shaffer.  Harris, a former Pro-Bowler, has been a mainstay on the Bears defense until this past season.  ESPN reports:
