Louisville Cardinals head basketball coach Rick Pitino won a big legal battle on Thursday when a Kentucky court found Karen Sypher guilty of trying to extort Pitino on six counts.
Commonwealth’s Attorney Dave Stengel concluded that Karen Sypher’s rape claims were without merit and Pitino wasn’t charged.
