After Notre Dame wide receiver, Michael Floyd, was picked up on March 21st by police for driving under the influence, most Irish fans held their breath. It was Floyd’s second DUI in 14 months. Notre Dame University is being fined for safety violations that may have led to the death of a student filming football practice in October. The student, 20-year-old Declan Sullivan, was killed when the hydraulic lift he was on fell over due to high winds. According to the Huffington Post:
