It took ten years in Memphis to get to this point, but the Grizzlies are finally making believers out of their fans.  Last night, Memphis beat the San Antonio Spurs 99-91 and became only the second No. 8 seed to finish off a No. 1 seed in NBA playoff history.  According to ESPN:

Woah.  The refs have really become sticklers lately.  That, or they’re just tired of having their boneheaded mistakes pointed out to them by everyone else in the arena.  That’s about the only excuse that can be given for the 2nd technical foulcalled on Marc Gasol during the Spurs-Grizzlies game Tuesday night.
