It wasn’t easy for BYU or Jimmer Fredette on Thursday against the #14 Wofford Terriers but the #3 Cougars behind Jimmer’s 32 points on 25 shots edged the Terriers 74-66.
Fredette was 10-25 shooting from the field (2-9 3-pt) and 10-12 from the FT line as he faced double and triple teams most of the game.

Last night, March 11, Jimmer Fredette of BYU exploded all over the University of New Mexico.  He broke conference records by scoring 52 points.  That’s with only 1 free throw – by the way.  The Cougars won the game 87-76. During the game Fredette also passed Danny Ainge as BYU’s all-time leading scorer. [...]

I’m not sure BYU basketball can survive Whitney Wonnacott, the gorgeous blonde girlfriend of hoops super star Jimmer Fredette.  It’s hard to imagine any young man not, at the very least, considering breaking the very Honor Code that got Brandon Davies suspended from the team.

But hey, maybe Jimmer is just a ‘better’ man than Brandon.  [...]
