Former NBA player Lorenzen Wright has been reported missing by his family. Wright starred for the University of Memphis Tigers before going on to play several seasons in the NBA, including several towards the end of his career for his hometown Memphis Grizzlies.
Collierville police (suburb of Memphis) are reporting that Wright has been missing since Sunday. His family reported his disappearance on Thursday.
Wright made several millions of dollars in his NBA career, yet he had his Memphis area home foreclosed on earlier this year along with another home in Atlanta.
Tragedy struck right during his time with the Grizzlies when he had an infant child die from SIDS.
